The room was smaller than what I expected. The bed sheets were wrinkled. The sofa bed was really uncomfortable. It created all kinds of sounds when I made any movement. The customer service were not friendly at all. The parking was bad. I had to go around the hotel 5 times but I could not find any parking. As my last resort when I went into the Inn to ask the customer service rep about the parking problem, one of the employees were leaving and I was lucky to get a parking space. If his shift would not have been over, I dont know how long I had to drive around to look for a parking that I had already paid for. I will not stay at the hotel again.

I will not stay at this property again. My 20 year old daughter and I stayed at the property for a 4 day visit to San Diego. We stayed there because it is close to the zoo and Sea World, the primary reasons for our visit. It was in a good location, but there are many other hotels in the area to chose from. I chose this one based on the travelocity review. The hotel guests were mostly families with children 12 and under. It was noisy and the breakfast room was like an elementary school cafeteria. I should have known better due to the location of the property, but I didn't expect it to be such a madhouse. The parking is very limited and can be difficult to find. The room was comfortable but I was forced to upgrade because they put me in a handicapped room. This was not made clear to me at the time I booked the reservation. When I asked for a better room I was told I had to pay extra because the type of room reserved through web cost less than a regular room. I ended up paying an extra $20/day for the upgrade. The air conditioning didn't work properly and was never corrected before the end of the trip.

We just spent 3 nights at this comfort inn with our High School robotics team. They were great. They put all of our rooms together. The rooms were large and clean. The breakfast area was large enough to handle all 29 of us at one time.

The hotel was clean and I really liked the location. It is only a few minutes drive to Sea World, San Diego zoo and downtown. It's also a short drive on the highway to restaurants and shops. I'd definitely stay there again. Basic breakfast is included so it saves time in the morning which allowed us to start our day quickly. If I have to say something negative, it would be the crowded breakfast room especially right before it closes. People did not pick up after themselves for some reason so I had to clean up a table if I wanted to stay in the room.

My son and I recently stayed at this Inn but were disappointed in the location which was right off of two busy freeways. There was no place to stroll too and were very dependent on transportation. The rooms are nice though.
