DON'T STAY HERE! Poor quality, cell size rooms, inadequate amenities

Although the staff hovers while your in their breakfast room, I'm not sure why. The only things they offer are stale danish, 3 cereal types, oranges or toast. No waffle maker, bagels or anything else. They did offer orange juice, apple juice or coffee...but nothing else. They have small cell-size rooms which need updating &/or repair, don't give you enough towels. Their bedding is stained & their refrigerator works at 1 temperature....it freezes stuff. Even my cup of milk froze. Like I said above DON'T STAY HERE UNLESS IT'S FREE!

I stayed at this hotel, 10-15-09 to 10-17-09. The room had a very stale odor so myself and my husband went to Target to buy disinfectant to sanitize the whole room. The air conditioner would not stay on so the room stayed hot and uncomfortable, there was mildew and mold in the room, the bedspread had hair on it and the bathroom floor had hair on it as well. On 10-16-09 we left our room at 9:30 AM and returned at 4:30 PM to find that our room had not been cleaned, I went to the front office to find out why and the manager pulled out the maid's checklist and whoever the maid was for room #104 had checked that she cleaned the room. I told the manager he can come check the room for himself, but instead he sent a maid that was still on duty to check the room - her name was M. M came to my room and asked if I wanted her to clean it, I told her no it was already late just to empty the trash cans and bring us some clean towels. As she was taking the trash out, there were a pair of ladies underwear in the bottom of the trash can that did not belong to me so she was in disgust as she said she would show this to management. Management never came to address the issue of what happened. If you know what's best do not stay at this location.

i was on business tour. and my company made accommodation for me. it was nice experience. the room was pretty clean. and all room amenities are nice and in working. the staff was nice. they help me lot to find my location and also guide me some cool SD's place......overall nice stay....,,,,

Wow what an experience. I travel to San Diego alot and stay in a lot of different hotels, & I dont recomend this hotel one bit!! It's loud, noisie, and definately not a place for a family to saty. Defnitaly not a children friendly hotel!!
